Dear Students, Instructors and Researchers!
We warmly invite you to an informal discussion organized by the Electronic Information Service (EIS) National Programme about the OAPEN Foundation and its free, open infrastructures — the OAPEN Library, the Directory of Open Access Books (DOAB), and the Open Access Books Toolkit.
During the English-language presentation and workshop, we will gain insight into how researchers can benefit from using these platforms and their supporting services. The conversation with the experts of the foundation will also offer an opportunity to share feedback and ideas.
Date: 26 November 2025, 10:00
Venue: Online, via the Zoom platform. The connection link will be sent to registered participants 24 hours prior to the event.
Participants from OAPEN:
- Sebastiano Sali, Community Manager
- Jordy Findanis, Project Manager
- Laura Bandura-Morgan, Funder Relations Manager
- Silke Davison, Community Manager
The event is free of charge, but prior registration is required. We warmly welcome all interested participants!
Kind regards,
The staff of the EISZ Secretariat
