Vadonatúj Kollégium (VUK)

General informations: International students are usually accommodated in the VUK dormitory building, where the apartments have ensuite amenities. These apartments have two rooms; each room has two beds. Single occupancy is not possible. Furthermore, each apartment has a separate bathroom and toilet. All these rooms are accessible from a single landing area, or foyer (still within the apartment). In this area, there is a kitchen counter with a sink, a refrigerator, and a microwave oven. Cooking, the use of open flames, or any devices that may cause fire hazards are forbidden. For cooking, communal kitchens are available to students on the second and fourth floors.

Study rooms are located on the first and third floors, the keys to which can be obtained from the reception desk. Internet access is provided in the form of Eduroam WiFi. In the basement of the dormitory, there is a laundry room with automatic washing machines, which can be used free of charge. We also provide bed linen (pillows and quilts). Bed linen may be rented for a monthly fee of HUF 5,000 + VAT. However, every student may also use their own bed linen.
